With over 16 years of experience, Vivek Dahiya is an IP strategist who is passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals through innovation. Vivek has worked at major IP firms in India where he prosecuted patents and trademarks before founding his own IP strategy consulting firm. He is now registered as a foreign lawyer in Australia and works at Baxter IP on dispute matters and developing IP strategy for clients. Vivek has prosecuted over 2000+ patent applications globally across a wide range of technologies and has successfully managed IP disputes to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. Vivek holds patents in the US and Australia, and soon to be granted in Singapore & India and has experience spanning various technical fields. He has particular expertise in artificial intelligence, software, telecommunications, electronics, and computer technologies gained from prosecuting patents and managing disputes in these areas. On 23 November 2023, conducted a session on legal considerations for doing business in India for Australian companies participating in the Tech Trade Mission to India, organized by Australia India Innovation Network, Austrade, Sydney. 3. On 28 October 2023, presented at "Shape the Future of AI in Education, Teaching, and Learning" event on "Protecting Innovations in AI-Driven Personalized Learning: The Importance of Intellectual Property," hosted by Mr Bert Verhoeven, Program Director, Innovation & Enterprise, Flinders University, approximately 100 attendees including professors, students, innovators, and startups 4. On 10 October 2023, spoke at the Multicultural Business and Entrepreneur Network Conference 2023 on "IP for business growth" organized by MULTICULTURAL BUSINESS AND ENTREPRENEUR NETWORK PTY LTD, approximately 150 entrepreneurs have attended this conference.
